Use
Daclatasvir is used in combination treatment of hepatitis C, not as monotherapy.
Adverse effects
Headache, fatigue and nausea occur with sofosbuvir combinations. Additional medicines change the adverse-effect profile.
Interactions and restrictions
Interactions can substantially change daclatasvir exposure. The reference leaflet lists incompatible combinations, including rifampicin and St John’s wort; dosing cannot be copied from another regimen.
