Adverse effects
Adverse effects depend on the combination. Ribavirin/interferon regimens report fatigue, headache, nausea and sleep problems.
Interactions and restrictions
Rifampicin, St John’s wort and certain anticonvulsants can reduce sofosbuvir exposure. Amiodarone combinations carry a risk of severe slowing of the heart rate.
